One stop shop for all-inclusive rental homes in the Netherlands
OUR STORY
Starting off from Rotterdam in 2013, we saw that there was a rise of international students and expats that demand for living spaces for short periods. We quickly expanded to other bustling cities such as Utrecht and The Hague. Currently, our listing of rental properties are in the largest cities of the Randstad area.
OUR MISSION
We aim to deliver a relaxed and refined leasing experience for your short stay in the Netherlands. All our apartments are furnished and upholstered with (all-inclusive) contracts. We continuously try to improve our quality of service and expertise to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
HOW WE WORK
Contact us when you find an apartment that suits your preferences and availability. Please tell us a bit more about yourself. We will do a screening for the home owners or the current flatmate.
If there is a match, we will schedule as soon as possible a viewing of the apartment and/or a (video) call.
In case of a successful match, we will proceed with contracts and payment in a secured PayPal environment or to a Dutch bank account (whichever you prefer).
After the key is handed over to you, you can move in the apartment with just your suitcase! For any questions or issues, we are here to offer our help and improve your stay in the Netherlands to the best of our ability.
