Deposit two months rent (€2700 total deposit)
Excluding gas, light, water and internet, which are approximately €150 per month (depending on your consumption and market prices). You apply and pay directly to the electricity, water and internet suppliers
Excluding municipality charges, approximately €40-50. Depending on 1 or 2-person registration
One time €150 for the assistance to connect to the gas, light and water suppliers and the application for the affordable housing permit.
One time cleaning fee for arrival and exit €350
Parking lot is available for €100 extra per month

You must apply for an affordable housing permit from The Hague Municipality for this apartment. Be aware that this is not a housing allowance! These are the conditions for the affordable housing permit:
a. You are 18 years or older.
b. You have Dutch citizenship (nationality) or a valid residence permit. This could be a valid passport from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) or a valid residence permit for the Netherlands.
c. If you will be living alone: your taxable annual income is less than € 61,148.
d. If your household consists of 2 or more people: the taxable annual income is less than € 77,521.
